Sherlock: Music from Series 3 – Official Track Listing

The official soundtrack for series three of the BBC’s masterpiece „Sherlock“ has finally been released, and many people have hoped for it to include the dubstep version of the „Hero’s Theme“ (part of „The Game Is On“). The good news is: It is included right at the start of track 11, as composer Michael Price had already confirmed in a tweet. However, it’s not an extended mix that many fans had wished for, but the 20 second version that was played in episode 2 of season 3, only in a clean track (without any speech or effects in the foreground). The soundtrack is still absolutely worth buying, as it includes all the other great music of Michael Price and David Arnold that adds so much to the series.

Amazon and many other shops are currently still displaying the incomplete track listing for the audio CD (in contrast to the MP3 download version), so here’s the official track listing as printed on the back cover of the CD. It’s divided into three blocks, one for each episode:
